The EXOMIST002029 is the tallest coalescing filter element in the Hankison E5 series, standing 665 mm tall with an 83 mm outer diameter. This extra-long profile is designed for deep filter vessels in central air stations serving large manufacturing facilities. The extended length packs substantially more micro glass fiber media than standard cartridges, enabling the highest flow capacity and dirt holding in the product family.
Rated at 18.0 Nm3/min, this element supports the highest air volumes in the E5 line while maintaining 0.01 ppm oil carryover and 0.01 micron particulate removal. This performance meets ISO8573-1 Class 2 requirements, suitable for large-scale automotive plants, aerospace facilities, and high-production laser cutting operations.
The coalescing media captures liquid oil and water aerosols through impaction and diffusion on microglass fibers, with collected fluids draining to the housing sump.
