EXOMIST047020 Deep Body Coalescing Element – Omega R-14050 Replacement
The EXOMIST047020 is a deep body coalescing filter element engineered to replace Omega R-14050 cartridges in general industrial compressed air systems. At 140 mm tall with a 51 mm diameter, this element offers extended media depth within a narrow profile, making it ideal for applications where housing diameter is limited but vertical clearance allows for longer cartridges.
The micro glass fiber media captures oil aerosols and solid particles down to 1 micron while limiting residual oil carryover to 1 ppm. This meets ISO8573-1 Class 3 requirements, suitable for pneumatic tools, factory air distribution, general plant air, and equipment where ultra-high purity is not specified.
Rated at 2.0 Nm3/min, this element supports mid flow workshop applications and small to medium compressor installations. The extended 140 mm body provides more media area than standard 60-70 mm cartridges, enabling longer service intervals between changeouts. Clean pressure drop stays below 0.01 bar, contributing to 5-7% energy savings over the 8000-hour service life. The 0.25 kg weight enables quick, tool-free cartridge replacement.
Buna-N seals and engineering plastic end caps provide reliable operation from 1.5 to 80 deg C at pressures up to 2.0 MPa, compatible with all common compressor lubricants.
